Guirao Design is the creation of Maria Fernanda Guirao, an Argentinian-born designer who spent 20 years in Hackney, London, before making the East Sussex countryside her home.

A natural storyteller, she cherishes the sense of magic and wonder that distinctive spaces and cherished objects can evoke. On this website you will find examples of her work, her thoughts on homes, design and life, and a shop where you can buy a range of hand-picked and bespoke furniture and art.
